My family and I loved this!! We used wheat pasta instead so it took more water and a little longer to cook but it was worth the wait. The cilantro was awesome. We will be making this again!

It was good....missing something...not sure what. I doubled the recipe and added 8 oz of cheese instead of 4 oz. I would make this again.

I didn't have cumin so i went without; i also only had stewed tomatoes with celery and bell peppers, and a different pasta then pene so i used them. This made A LOT of food! It was very tasty. Will make it again for sure. Maybe try it the way the recipe states!

This recipe was just ok. I think it needed more pasta to balance out the ground beef and cheese, and I would rather have tomato sauce instead of the diced tomatoes.

Delicious, with a few changes...I added Rotel tomatoes instead, added some red pepper flake, and added some mexican cheese on top for extra flavor!

Very good. My family loved it. I did not have cumin or cilanto and it was still great!
