I used a pound of ground beef since we are a large family. I also used what we had around the house. I had egg noodles instead of penne pasta and I had diced tomatoes with green peppers. It was so good. We are going to try it the way the recipe says but stick with the tomatoes with peppers. My family loved it!!

I followed the advice of previous comments...I used red bell pepper and 1 lb ground beef and 4 ozs of cheese. The results were amazing! Add a little salt while cooking too! YUMMY!

This was really tasty. I added crushed red pepper and used red bell pepper instead of yellow pepper. I also used 1 lb. of beef and about 4 oz. of Velveeta instead of the original amount in the recipe. It came out really well.

This was very good. I little runny so next time I will probably add more meat and pasta. I would also try a thinner pasta - a little too thick for my taste. I also doubled the amount of cheese! Very yummy!

Easy to make - I doubled it so we'd have left-overs! It is extremely yummy!
