I made this recipe but I substituted peanut butter creme Oreos for the regular ones in the crust and also substituted chocolate pudding for the vanilla pudding. My family loved it.

My best friend made this for our "sunday night dinner." She actually just used a pre-made oreo cookie crust and halved the rest of the recipe, which made it really easy. It is SOOOO yummy, and not too bad for you either. Definitely worth making.

My next door neighbor has six grandchildren . They all live near her and are at her house most of the time. I made the Peanut Butter Striped Delight and sent it over to her as the children are there every weekend. They raved about it and told her to thank the COOKIE LADY. That's what they call me as I am always sending them some kind of cookie. I enjoy doing it and get a big kick out of seeing them enjoy my cookies. Gloria

What can I use to stir this when I do not own a hand blender? How long do I need to whisk it? The recipe looks delicious, but not owning a blender hand or otherwise makes recipes tough.

I took this with me to my sister-in-law's house for dinner. She loved it and so did everyone else. It's easy and soooo p-nut buttery. I used the oreos with p-nut butter. A good dessert for kids, but us old folks like it too.

Very easy to make. I made this with fat free cream cheese and sugar free/fat free pudding and sugar free whipped topping and it was absolutely delicious. My entire family loved it and it was gone within a day. I'll definitely make this again!
