I MADE THIS RECIPE FOR MY WORK AND THEY LOVED IT! SINCE I AM NOT A FAN OF PEANUT BUTTER I OMITTED IT FROM THIS RECIPE AND IT WAS STILL WONDERFUL. MY HUSBAND LOVED IT AND ASKED ME TO MAKE ADDITIONAL TO SEND TO HIS STAFF. I NOW HAVE SENT OUT COPIES TO EVERYONE WHO HAS TRIED THIS RECIPE.

I did the low fat and low cal verison and it was great. I used fat free soy milk and my family was in shock at how wonderful it was. It did not taste like a low fat desert at all. I will be making it again real soon.

I substituted the chocolate cookies for graham cracker crumbs and finely chopped peanuts. I also substituted the vanilla pudding for chocolate. My family loved it! I'll be making this again in a few weeks for Bunko night.

I made this for a dinner party the other night and it was excellent! Everyone gobbled it right up. My 4 year old helped make it too, which always makes cooking more fun. I added a bit more peanut butter as well. I plan on making it again really soon!

I made this recipe for a pot luck at church. It was wonderful! I did make a change in the recipe. Instead of the 1/3c peanut butter, I used 1/2 cup. Duing the dinner I had requests for the recipe. I will certainly make it again---without a doubt.

My family absolutely loved this recipe! My youngest daughter is a picky eater and when she found out I made this for dessert she cleaned her dinner plate to be able to get some.

I took this dessert to a pot luck gathering and WOW what a reception. My favorite comment was "this is restaurant quality!" Everyone was asking for the recipe.

Since there are only two of us, I cut the recipe in 1/2. Also, cut calories by using low-fat cream cheese and sugar free pudding. So easy to make and a GREAT taste.
