made it in a cast iron skillet so it went right into the oven. didn't have thyme, so I used italian seasoning and it was great!

I mixed it up and used cream of broccoli soup and added some frozen veggies instead of just onions for a vegetable serving for the day.

So simple with so much flavor. I'm not a big pork chop eater, but I loved this recipe. Perfect dish for a fall evening. Will definitely make again

This was a good twist on pork chops. I would use slightly thicker chops next time - I used thin cut and my pork was dry. The sauce and stove top stuffing made the dish great! I sauteed the onion prior to baking - good suggestions from prior cooks!

i dont have an oven-proof skillet, so i just transfered the browned chops to a baking dish instead. this turned out excellent! i am not a mushroom fan, but you cant even tell. i also added less onion and fryed the chops with the onion. this made wayyy more than enough for 2 people! overall, excellent!

Pretty good, it seemed very filling and lots of calories, I will add less stuffing next time. I sauteed the onions with the chops also. Will throw in more fresh veggies with the onions next time too. Also added frozen brocolli, that was nice.
