DELICIOUS! After reading all the reviews, I'm not big on onions either but didn't think this recipe called for too much onion at all. In fact, it added alot to the flavor and was absolutely delicious when mixed with the mushroom soup and thyme. And I don't even care for pork chops!! Kudos!!
Delicious! I substituted regular cream of mushroom with Golden cream of Mushroom soup, and it was a big hit at my house! Not to mention it takes hardly any time at all.
We didn't like this. The pork turned out tough. I must have cooked it too long.

Way too much onion! As it was, I only used half and even then it was still too strong. I will make it again, but maybe saute the half of onion first so it's not too strong. But otherwise, very good.
TOOOOO much onion! I would cut this down to 1/4 onion or use a milder onion. I used a whole yellow onion and I had to scrape the sauce off the top. Made the pork chops really moist though. So maybe second time around, I would use Cream of Chicken and WAY less onion.
After reading the other reviews, I made a few changes with success. 1. Seasoned the chops while browning 2. Used low fat Cream of Chicken Soup 3. Used half of a large onion 4. Added more cheese With all these changes, it was so easy to make, and well received by my picky eaters. It officially went into the weeknight recipe rotation.
It was just OK. I love stuffing, mushroom soup and cheese, but this was blah when combined. Needs more/different seasoning. Also, way too much onion. Wont be making it again.
EXCELLENT!!! Full of flavor and so moist. The onion added lots of flavor and texture and stuffing is always a hit with my family. I wasn't sure about the cheddar, but it was all so yummy! I can't wait to see how the left overs taste tomorrow!
This was a okay recipe ... my daughters liked it and my boyfriend but it was kinda blah to me...way to much onions and I like onions so thats saying something. Also I would be lite on the cheese...I followed the recipe to a T.
