SO easy and SO good! My husband was asking me the next night when I was making it again! :) I cooked it on high for about 8 hours and it was so tender...I also added about a 1/2 cup more bbq sauce.

My husband and I LOVED this recipe! The only thing I would do differently is drain the excess fat before I shred the meat.

My whole family loved this. I will make it again. I used Chipotle Cheddar Cheese Slices instead of the american cheese. It was super tasty!

As others mentioned, drain most of the liquid and add more BBQ sauce and less onion. I found it needed a few hours more cooking time. Don't worry, you can't over-cook this one. This went over very well for a large group, and was EASY to do.

I have made this twice. The first time I followed the recipe to the letter for the onions and even my hubby with his cast iron stomach couldn't handle ALL the onions. The second time I all but omitted the onions. BIG HIT! the second time around. My nine year even LOVED it because the onions were gone(very few, he didn't see them).

This was very good!!! We did end up adding more bbq sauce to the sandwich itself as the remaining liquid in the crockpot was pretty running and not bbq-y enough =)

THis was very good. I had trouble finding the right cut of meat at the grocery so I used a pork boneless roast. Mine didn't look like the picture as this one looks like they used fresh BBQ sauce rather than the drippings from the crockpot. I'll for sure make this again as hubby ate two sandwiches.

Very easy, and better than I expected it to be.

SO GOOD! The slow-cooker makes it all so tasty. I loved this and so did everybody else. My husband always says he doesn't like pork but he said this was amazing.
