We are not pork eaters but this really went over well. I left out the onions and added a little more bbq sauce after I shredded it and let it cook on high for around 30 minutes and it turned out great.

This tasted excellent and smelled wonderful as I walked in the door from work. I will make it again.

So easy! I'm a novice cooker and my husband loved it. I did not enjoy having to tear all the meat by hand but I guess it's worth it.

Next time, I won't use as many onions. My husband likes onions and still said there were too many.

I made this recipe thinking that it wouldn't be good or turn out like the bbq you get at restaurants and it was BETTER!!!!

My kids loved this recipe! Needless to say that I didn't have any leftovers! And yes, they have been asking when I will make this again.

This is great! We used a beef sirloin tip roast instead of pork (not big pork eaters) and it turned out well. I would definitely suggest adding more sauce.
