So, so simple and the taste is awesome. Did not use as many onions as recipe called for, maybe only half, but this was the best BBQ Pork I have had. Leftovers are great as well (if there is any left)! Soon to be a Sunday football favorite in our house.

This was a very simple recipe for me to make being a beginner with a slow cooker. I only used 2 onions and a whole bottle of BBQ sauce...and it was delicious! I made it for my Father's birthday lunch and it was a hit!

WOW! So easy and so yummy! We used King's Hawaiian rolls instead of the kaiser rolls. It made lots of little sandwiches and the sweet bread was delicious with the pork.

I was really looking forward to some yummy bbq pork sandwiches like in the picture. I got very nice and flavorful meat but they were far from being bbqy... :( Everyone else liked the meat, I guess I was just expecting a little more.

My family LOVED this! My boys are picky eaters and they told me to make it all of the time! I added about 1/4 cup of brown sugar to give the BBQ sauce a little sweetness, and I only added about half of a large onion. It was wonderful!

This was a huge hit at work and at home. Easy to make and it feeds a bunch of people. Only thing I did different is once the meat was cooked I drained all the juice and placed the shredded meat back in the crock-pot with fresh barbecue sauce. I added about a cup of the leftover juices to keep the meat moist while it sat in the crock-pot on warm. This was delicious and all ages will love it.
