I recommend this to all of my friends. Great busy week meal! My kids LOVED it. Serve with some cole slaw right on the sandwich!

My husband loved this recipe, however, i thought there were way too many onions and cooking them all day made them soggy and mushy. Next time I would use only one onion, and cook it only the last couple hours. I also used and entire botle of BBQ sauce and it was the perfect amount.

My family LOVED this!!! It was so easy to make and very tasty. I added the amount of bbq sauce the recipie calls for and after I pulled the meat I added the rest of the bottle. I think it tastes better reheated the next day. This one is a keeper.

So tender and couldn't possibly be an easier to make. I doubled the amount of BBQ sauce and only used one good sized onion and also salt and pepper the roast. It makes the best leftovers for us brown baggers!

Very good and very easy to make. There was an issue of lots of water released, not a problem as it was removed a few hours before serving and letting it continue to cook down. Extra sauce added about an hour before serving helps create a thicker denser BBQ pork. I used provolone cheese; very tasty!

After reading everyone else's review, I added a whole bottle of BBQ sauce, plus I added hot sauce to it. As everyone else said, it's very watery. If anyone has a way to thicken it up just a bit (without adding flour), I'd appreciate it. Otherwise, not bad & I'd make it again
