Here's a festive way to use leftover chicken. Chop it up and combine it with Neufchatel, sour cream and taco seasoning mix to make a party-perfect dip.

Great dip, but the taco seasoning was over powering. I added the whole block of cream cheese and 1/4 cup more sour cream the second time I made it and it was much more pleasent.

I've already served this twice! Once for tailgating and again at my niece's birthday party. The second time, my daughters(ages 12 and 14)made it for me. It's easy and delicious!!!

I thought that this was very simple and quick to make. It has a very good flavor to it that is not too overpowering. This would work well for a small get together.

I felt it was missing some spice so probably would add more taco seasoning. Overall it was a hit. Served it to a friend that doesn't like cream cheese or sour cream and he didn't even blink.

Was a great dip for a party. I served it with tortilla chips and really liked it. Very rich and filling!

This was the best dip that I have ever eaten! Perfect combination of ingredients. I will definitely make this again. I doubled the recipe for company and I had leftovers. The leftovers were just as good heated in the microwave as they were when I first took it out of the oven!

Very Delicious. I think next time I make it I might try a layer of refried beans on the bottom to help it stretch farther.

Ok I did tweak this recipe but it was awesome! I took a double batch to church and it was gone very quickly and my hubby says it was the best dip there lol. I just mixed ingredients as directed only that I used a hand mixer to combine everything and that helped break up the chicken into a shredded texture. 8-oz. pkg Cream Cheese, softened 2 cup Sour Cream 3 cup Shredded Cheese 1 cup in the mix and rest for the topping. 1/2 pkt. Fajita Seasoning 6 green onions, sliced 2 cans of chicken 2 tomatoes, chopped left out the olives Lots of flavor and definitely would make again.

I've made this a couple of times because my fiance keeps asking for it....I leave out the olives...
