My family loved these meatballs!! Especially my kids. One small change that I would make would be to encase the cheese cubes inside the meatballs as you make them. Pushing them into the center flattened my meatballs and most of the cheese ran out during the cooking process. Also, I recommend using a more "heavier-duty" roll, such as a steak or hoagie roll. The hot dog rolls are too small for these meatballs and the sauce made the roll soggy. A bigger roll would work better. The meatballs are very delicious though! Will make again for sure!

Quick and easy! I doubled the recipe for my large family of seven. I also used italian bread crumbs instead of crackers. I would recommend this to anyone with kids.

Very good for as simple as they are to make. We used chunks of mozzerella instead of cheddar and it was yummy!

Very quick and easy to make. I liked it alot, hubby thought it could use a little seasoning. I added a little mozzerella on top.
