My family loves this meatball recipe! Everyone cleaned their plates and asked for more even my very, very, beyond reasoning, picky 9 year old daughter! She did refuse the spaghetti sauce though.... Very wonderful recipe with lots of possiblities!

I used ground chicken and the garden vagetable flavored Ritz crackers. Also, I substituted mozzarella. We had them with ziti pasta and a little extra tomato sauce. Very easy and lots of flavor combinations available.

Delicious! So quick and easy to make! Family favorite! I wasn't a meatball sandwich fan until I made this recipe!

I had my kids, 10 and 8, make this recipe, with my supervision. We had fun making it, and we all loved it, even my picky eater who knew she (10) wasn't going to like it.

Our family loved this recipe! Next time, I'd add a bit more spice to the meat. We ate it over spaghetti sauce and didn't have one bit left over! I've shared the recipe with many :)

Very easy and very yummy! Next time, however, I will not get hotdog buns - they seemed too small for the meatballs.

We really enjoyed these meatballs but I did do somethings different. First I doubled the recipe (my family is larger than most with large appetites). I did add an egg to keep the meatballs together better. Second I used some mozzarella in half and cheddar in the rest. I also had to cook mine about twice as long my meatballs may have been larger. My three year old son loved helping put the cheese in. We will make these again.
