My husband loves this recipe. I'm only able to fit 2 meatballs per bun and end up using 8 buns instead of 4. I prefer it that way though since my husband loves them. He likes to tear the bun in two and then eat each half by itself. He says it tastes like a mini-burger.

my kids loved it and so did I. We'll definitely make it again. Took advise and used Italian bread crumbs. YUMMY!

good base recipe. I'm going to doctor it up a little next time, use italian bread crumbs instead of crackers, and some other spices. My four year old said it was delicious! My 16 year old said it was a little plain

Real good! One thing I did differently though the second time was used ground turkey and stuck mozzarella cubes inside! I used sub rolls and spaghetti sauce and it was a HUGE hit!! Very good!

Easy to make. We made this meal as a family and it was quick and fun. My picky son thought it was tasty, too.

This is a great recipe. We used ground turkey instead of ground beef. I can think of 3 variations to do with this recipe. The first is the one we made...use ground turkey instead of beef and bbq sauce instead of spaghetti sauce. It was delicious. I am also planning on doing Italian...ground pork instead of beef, spaghetti sauce, and mozzarella cubes instead of cheddar. Also, ground turkey, taco sauce, and pepperjack cubes.
