This pie is VERY GOOD. Fairly easy to make. I made it with no sugar added cookies, low fat cream cheese, and splenda brown sugar and regular splenda, also used cool whip free. It was GREAT, my husband and son loved it. and they are no fond of sugar free things. I would definatly make this again

This is probably one of the most delicious pies I have ever tasted. I made a few modifications to the recipe but very minor ones. I use brown sugar in the filling instead of regular sugar. I did this first when I was out of regular sugar and thought it was delicious. I have made this numerous times and is my most requested desserts. Kudos to whomever came up with this recipe

This is a delicious desert! I used 1/2 of the amount of cream cheese that the receipe calls for because it was too much (and to cut calories). I made it 2 times in 3 weeks. Everyone enjoyed it.

I made this recipe for a girl scout bakeoff pie contest and everyone loved it. I will make it again. I even made it two nights before to try it out and it was gone that evening.

I added more cream cheese and always more spices. Best apple pie you could ever make

I made this tonight to make sure it would be a success for the Christmas Eve Desert at my parent's house. I was planning on waiting for my husband to get home to try it, but once it was out of the oven I had to cut a slice. It was without a doubt the best apple pie I have ever tasted. I took some of the advice from other comments and trippled the amount of cinnamon and added graham cracker to the crust. It couldn't have been better. I think that the cream cheese really added that special "oomph" to the pie. I mixed cinnamon in with the cream cheese and am not sure that it made any difference but it definetly tasted great so maybe it did.

Loved this!! I doubled the recipe and they were both gone! I am making this again tonight and I think i might use some grahm crackers in the topping along with nilla wafers because I had one person say there was too much brown sugar in the topping. But it was still wonderful and every one loved it! I think its going to be a staple now for the holidays. (and other peoplesaid they had a problem with their cream cheese layer and mine was perfectly fine, you could hardly tell it was there but it added a little creamyness). I also need to cover the topping earlier in the baking because I had mine get a little too brown but it wasnt bad at all. Great recipe!!!

This is fabulous! My guests LOVED it! The crust was good, the cream cheese added a nice flavor, and the crumbles were a great compliment! I used 3 granny smith apples and 2 anjous pears, and it was just the right amount. This is an amazing recipe. I will definitely make this again!!

This pie taste as good as it looks, but I did change the recipe a little. To cut calories I used 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs, 2 T. brown sugar, 2 T. melted butter, and fat-free cream cheese. I only had apples so it was just an apple crumble pie. Someone had wrote in their review that the cream cheese was sticky, but mine came out so creamy you could hardly tell it was there. Maybe the reason my cream layer came out creamy and not sticky is beause I used fat-free and blended 1 T. warm water so it was a little thiner. Also, I think the crust makes a difference, because some crust come out doughy and tough and probably wouldn't blend well with the cream cheese. Anyways, thanks for the great recipe, always Sabrina.
