What You Need

NILLA Wafers, crushed (about 3/4 cup)

1/4

cup packed brown sugar

1/4

cup butter, melted

ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 14.1-oz. pkg.)

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

large baking apples, peeled, sliced

large fresh pear, peeled, sliced

1/3

cup granulated sugar

1/4

cup flour

1/2

tsp. ground cinnamon

1-1/4

cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Enjoy serving MAXWELL HOUSE coffee with this delicious recipe.

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

MIX wafer crumbs, brown sugar and butter until well blended; set aside.

PLACE pie crust in 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Spread cream cheese carefully onto bottom of crust; sprinkle with half the crumb mixture. Combine fruit in large bowl. Add granulated sugar, flour and cinnamon; toss to coat. Spoon over crumb layer in crust; sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.

BAKE 35 min. or until fruit is tender and crust is lightly browned, covering loosely with foil after 25 min. if necessary to prevent crust from overbrowning. Cool. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.

I HAVE MADE THIS ABOUT 19 TIMES AND THEY CAN'T GET ENOUGH OG IT.I ALSO ADD NUTS AND LEMOMN ZEST TO THE CRUMBLES.

This was my first pie - it was Very yummy & fairly easy. The filling turned out a little runny for some reason? Maybe I didn't bake it quite long enough, but it was very good! I'll make again

I made this for church, the only thing I did different was that I made it on a half sheet pan instead of into a pie, so that I would have more servings. Everyone loved it!! I would definately make this again!

This is one of the best pies I've ever made and it was insanely easy to make. At this point I've made it three times and EVERYone that ate it loved it and raved about it. Each time I made it I changed it a little bit. I would strongly suggest to put 2 or 3 or even 4 times the amount of cinnamon in it.

Great recipe! I ate most of this by myself :( But it was very easy and SO good. I plan to make it for Thanksgiving this year.
