What You Need

NILLA Wafers, crushed (about 3/4 cup)

1/4

cup packed brown sugar

1/4

cup butter, melted

ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 14.1-oz. pkg.)

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

large baking apples, peeled, sliced

large fresh pear, peeled, sliced

1/3

cup granulated sugar

1/4

cup flour

1/2

tsp. ground cinnamon

1-1/4

cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Enjoy serving MAXWELL HOUSE coffee with this delicious recipe.

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

MIX wafer crumbs, brown sugar and butter until well blended; set aside.

PLACE pie crust in 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Spread cream cheese carefully onto bottom of crust; sprinkle with half the crumb mixture. Combine fruit in large bowl. Add granulated sugar, flour and cinnamon; toss to coat. Spoon over crumb layer in crust; sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.

BAKE 35 min. or until fruit is tender and crust is lightly browned, covering loosely with foil after 25 min. if necessary to prevent crust from overbrowning. Cool. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.

this was FANTASTIC!!!!! made it for thanksgiving and everyone told me that i should've made two! i also doubled the crumble mix and added a bit more cream cheese on the bottom. i also only used apples (4 large) the longest part was peeling the apples but it was SUPER easy!

Made this over the weekend and it was a great hit with the family. I only used apples and did make extra topping. This is a keeper.

Took it to a football party on Sunday - everyone loved it. It was so easy to make I'm making it again for another event tomorrow evening!

Amazing! This was the first fruit pie I have made and it was quick and super easy. It was so tasty. My husband loved it and said it was the best apple pie he's had. Worth trying this one!

OOOOMGina this was delicioso!!!! Easy of course, my 1st pie and nailed it. I did take some suggestions from previous reviews instead of CREAM CHEESE i used VANILLA YOGURT, and i didn't use PEARS i used 6 SMALL GALA APPLES. oh and u might want to make more Crumble mix if u wish. TRY IT!!!!

Very good didnt taste the pear thow .....cream cheese filling was awsome need more thow next time i will use all cream cheese 8oz yummmmm
