This was great! It was very moist. Its not real sweet so you can eat it without being over powered by a sugary taste. Great for breakfast, snacks and even dessert!

When I use this recipe I make it into cupcakes/muffins instead. It always leaves them asking for seconds. Sometimes I even make icing to make them extra special!

I made two loaves, one for home, one for work. My husband said I'd have to make more if I wanted to take any to work. Everyone loved it. My kids (picky eaters) all enjoyed it as well. 5 stars.

I started making it and realized I didn't have cream cheese! I simply made the recipe without it and added some chocolate chips for extra flavor. It turned out great!!
