I did NOT like this at all. Funny, because everyone in our house loves anything to do with pumpkin. No one enjoyed it. I thought that it was very bland.
This was an easy great recipe!! I enjoyed it, my fiance took half of it to work to share :).
I loved this! I have made it 4 times already. Everyone who has tried it loves it too. My family always puts cream cheese on our quick-breads. I loved that the cream cheese was already in this one!
My husband and I enjoyed this, but it was an awful lot of work for no more Wow factor than there was.
I was not pleased at all with this recipe, it calls for 1 hour to 1 hour and 5 mins and I only kept in my oven for 56 mins and it was hard on top and the inside was a little mixture of moist and dry and did not have a good taste at all.
this turned out really good, even my husband enjoyed it, maybe because i added a bit more sugar than it called for. i think i will make this to give to my neighbors for the holidays.
I was disappointed with this recipe. It was very bland and the cream cheese mixture had no taste at all. I would not make this again.
I made this exactly as it says and it was wonderful. I will say it took more like an hour and a half to cook but it turned out just like the picture! Even my husband ate it and he won't eat anything that has pumpkin! I will for sure make it again for my weekend guests!
This pumpkin bread is very good! I did use one egg yolk in the cake and normal cream cheese and received rave reviews from guests.
It was nothing like the picture shows. It was gummy on the bottom and dry on the top. I think it would have been better baked in a 8x8 or some kind of cake pan. Wasn't impressed at all.
