This recipe is good, but not great. Easy to make, but rather bland by itself. Tweaking it could help a great deal: garlic or onion (or a dash of either powder), substituting chicken broth for some portion of the milk. Maybe adding some carrot or celery.
Will make again, but definitely will be playing around with it to add some more flavor. Should be a nice, satisfying comfort food when it's got a bit more oomph.
