I made this using frozen shredded hashbrowns with onions and peppers to give it more flavor as it sounded a little bland. Also I used real bacon bits so I didn't have to cook bacon for this recipe. It was good, but needs some tweaking. I personally added hotsauce to it, but next time will be adding a cajun seasoning to it to boost the flavor, because it still is a bit bland for us. But it has given me some great ideas to use as a recipe base.
