This is my family's favorite soup!! I always have to make a double batch, and there is never any left!! I cook it a little longer then the recipe says, which thickens the soup better.

This was loved by everyone in my family! I followed the advice of other reviews and only used 2 cups of milk...still a little thin for what I like, so next time, I may add less milk, or add more potatoes and mix them with a mixer at the end. We used seasoned potatoes and it came out wonderful! We'll be making this again!

This is the best and quickest Dinner or Lunch we have. I was so excited after I made this that we had it for a couple of days. Love Potato Soup but hate to cut Potato's this was so easy and found that other frozen Potato worked the ones that are roasted were perfect added seasoning to the soup by just adding the bag. Love it

This was so good. I did change it a little. I used fresh chicken cubes, real bacon pieces, chunked 2-3 potatoes (instead of hashbrowns), and a combination of heavy cream and whole milk to make it thicker. It was AWESOME!!

This is very good! I will make it again. It was really easy. Good to make on a night that you are short on time.

After reading some of the comments that this soup was bland...I decided to add salt and pepper, the cheese (plus 1/2 cup), bacon (I added 9 of the pre-cooked slices!) and the onions to the simmering soup. It was very good! I am looking forward to the leftovers!

It was easy and good. Not the best meal I have had, but I would probably make again just for the ease and change of pace from our other meals. The soup is bland by itself but the toppings make it tastier.

Easy and quick! However, needed to add salt, pepper and a dash of nutmeg. Otherwise, a bit bland. Good with some bread fresh out of bread maker!
