A versatile recipe. I love that you can make changes to this recipe by adding seafood, veggies, etc. to fit your taste.

This is a very quick recipe for potato soup. It does need a little tweaking though because it is quite bland.

Using the hash browns makes this recipe very quick and easy to make. I didn't have cream of potato soup so I used cream of chicken and it was still very good.

We love it. I also saute a little chopped celery & onion in butter & add to soup while cooking. I also put some chicken bouillon in with the milk & soup for some added flavor. Its awesome!!
