This was so gross, and not at all what I expected from the picture and ingredients... the marmalade leaves a disgusting after taste like you just ate an orange peel. nasty.

My whole family loved it. I used a different brand of BBQ sauce though (we like it SWEET!) and used bone-in skinless chicken thighs and it was still delicious! I would totally recommend if you love to eat Chinese food! Just a perfect meal with the suggested rice and green beans.

I used boneless chicken breasts instead of thighs and followed the recipe. We all loved the chicken and my kids said "mom make it again".

This recipe was awful!!! It was burnt, did not look like the picture at all and tasted horrible. My husband didnt like it either. We ended up throwing it all out.

when I first made this dish,I was a bit scared. Then after I made it I realized it is good. My son loved it. But its really up to you. Everybody taste food difrently. I thought is was grate,expecally with sticky rice.

I was a little hesitant to make this after reading all of the reviews, but I did it anyway and was disappointed. I think the BBQ sauce and the marmalade is a bad mix---it might be better to just omit the BBQ sauce all together.

Like a few others I found this recipe terrible!!! I ended up throwing out the whole meal.

This is NOT the same as in the Magazine. I had lost the magazine and was so mad as I had bought all the stuff to make it. I was so happy when I found the magazine so I could make it. Just made it today and it was the worst thing I have ever put in my mouth. The directions in the magazine said to basically dump everything in the crock pot and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 8 hrs. It was nearly burned up after 2 hours on high. It also omitted the orange juice and mixing the barbque sauce with flour.

I found this receipe easy and quite tasty. I would leave out the soy sauce as it is to high in sodium.
