Made this for dinner tonight and it came out really good. I doubled the sauce as recommended. Kids loved it. Will be making again.

Definitely a keeper. Seasoned the pork with garlic & herb grill seasoning first. I didn't have Dijon mustard so I combined the vinaigrette with spicy brown mustard and added about 1 tbsp mayo. It turned out great!

i doubled the sauce recipe, and instead of pork loin, i just used boneless chops, but amazing. I love cranberry juice, but not the actual berry, but wow the berries in the stuffing? this was absolutely an amazing meal

FAB-U-LOUS! I loved this recipe. My picky 10 yr old even ate it. The only change would be to double the sauce. The sauce is so yummy you'll want to have extra. Great recipe!

I really liked this recipe. Like many suggested I doubled the sauce. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because I think this recipe should serve 4 and not 6 and it's misleading on the calorie count. However, I LOVED the taste of the pork with the sauce, and the cranberries in the stuffing was a wonderfully pleasant surprise. I will definitely make this again.

I don't usually like pork loin but it's my husband's favorite so I cook it at least once a month for him but after cooking this receipe I tried it and really liked it. The sauce made it so good(yes you need to double the amount of sauce)and the stuffing was excellent with the cranberries. Will make again.
