This recipe was really good. My husband (who is a picky eater) was hesitant about trying this meal, but then he said he really liked it and wanted me to make it again! I made a few alterations to the meal. I cut up the pork into smaller pieces to cook faster, and then added the salad dressing dijon mixture to the meat for the last few minutes of cooking. I served the pork on rice with the stuffing. I left-out the cranberries because I didn't have any...and it stil turned out fantastic!

I have a friend on Southbeach and she eats out 95% of time.She has lost 55lbs, so I try to cook for her instead of going out.I made this minus the stuffing and served brown rice she can have.We both loved it. She thought it would go well with chicken,so I have done it that way also.

i omitted the cranberries and doubled the sauce and it was AMAZING. It has become a family favorite!

This was very good, easy, and fast. My husband absolutely LOVED the sauce, but I wasn't as crazy about it. We both liked the meal overall. I used fat free dressing, and upped the butter content in the stuffing slightly. Otherwise made as directed. Thank you!

I made this last night for my family. My sons don't like stuffing, but they loved it with the gravy!! They asked for seconds, thirds, and for school lunch. Bravo!!!
