I followed the recipe very closely, step by step.There wasn't enough sauce to drizzle over the top before serving. The pork was tender but the only flavor WAS the sauce and that was alittle too spicy(guess it was the mustard). The stuffing and cranberries were good, though. Will not fix this again.
This has instantly become one of our favorite dishes. It was so easy to make and had all the ingredients (with the exception of the cranberries!) on hand. My husband loved it!
This was such an easy recipe to prepare. The flavors were wonderful. This is a keeper in my home. My husband raved. Thanks so much.
This was excellent. I did not however use cranberries in the stuffing. My pork tenderloin was a store bought pre-marinated meat and I doubled the sauce with adding mushrooms - tasty!
