I used sirloin the first time & found it too tough. I just made it again using a flat iron steak - 1 lb - & it was fabulous...the dressing makes the dish but you need a fast & lean piece of steak to really get this dish right...I'll also try this with skirt steak or flank steak. This is a keeper...but not using sirloin. Thanks!

The dressing over powered the steak too much, and I like steak, so I wouldn't recommend this to steak lovers. The meat was also tough, as others mentioned.

This had a great taste and lots of flavor...but the meat turned out VERY tough and was hard to chew. I would make it again..but find a way to make the meat softer and easier to chew. I added mushrooms and it was great.

This looks delicious but I keep thinking why aren't there any FRESH mushrooms in the beef mixture? That would "set it off".

I loved this recipe. I decided to add a couple of extra to the recipe and thought I'd might share it. I added peppers and sliced them as I did the onions. I also added a little more of the dressing and I served this over rice. IT WAS DELICIOUS!!

Add some spices not to the steak but to the onion mix.

Yumm-O! I like a lot of sauce, so increased the dressing to about 3/4 of a cup. A keeper!
