What You Need

boneless beef sirloin steak (1 lb.)

1/2

tsp. freshly ground black pepper

large onion, cut into thin slices

tsp. minced garlic

1/4

cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing

Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

cups broccoli florets, steamed

Make It

HEAT large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Add steak; sprinkle with pepper. Cook steak 5 to 6 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF). Remove from skillet, reserving drippings in skillet. Place steak on cutting board; cover loosely with foil.

ADD onions and garlic to skillet. Stir in dressing; cover with lid. Cook 5 min.; stir. Cook, uncovered, an additional 4 to 5 min. or until onions are tender, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cut steak across the grain into thin slices; place on serving platter.

TOP steak with the onion mixture; sprinkle with cheese. Serve with the broccoli.

I love garlic, and I love onions, so this was great! Next time however, I'll be more liberal with my garlic and onions. :)

This recipe was amazing! I did not have the right dressing on hand, so I mixed Balsamic Vinegarette with Sun-Dried Tomato, and my whole family loved it! What was leftover made a great lunch the next day. I definately reccomend this recipe, and plan on making it again, and often!

i didnt care for this very much, but my boyfriend liked it, i didnt think it had much flavor and the flavor it did have wasnt that great...

This was wonderful! It had a great taste and made the meat really juicy. My husband said this was the best steak he'd ever had!

This was yummy. I almost couldn't stop myself from eating the onions. The steak was great and it just went together so well. I even made baked potatoes with this meal and it was a great dinner night.

I didn't have the right dressing so I used half French and half Italian which may have altered the flavor. I also used thin sliced steak in stead of a full steak (b/c it was on sale :) and I think that was a little too tough but it was still a good recipe!

I hurried and sliced the steak before cooking, but it still turned out great. My husband said this is a definite "make again"!
