This was outstanding, and easy to make. I made as directed except to sub mixed bell peppers (frozen, for convenience) instead of onions -- my husband doesn't like onions. I served this to company on the spur of the moment. Instead of broccoli, we had mashed potatoes on the side -- less healthy but delicious. This got rave reviews all around! Thank you!
