I love this recipe! It's not only delicious, but it is very quick and easy. I tenderized my meat and cut it into strips beforehand, then let it sit in the fridge for a while so it was really tender and cooked in just a few minutes. This is something you can feel good about serving your family, too, because it's nutritious and not fattening. I served it on a bed of brown rice, with egg rolls on the side.
