This meal was the hit of my New Years Eve! I made a double batch for my daughter and her friends and they ate like there was no tomorrow. I ended up making it again the next day but as a variation I used chicken. It was quick and easy and the brown rice was an added bonus. I had never used it before and it was delicious.

This was okay, but didn't taste Asian at all. After dinner we agreed that the meat was superb but the rest left much to be desired. I think next time I'll use the sauce as a marinade for the meat, and prepare the veggies and rice separately.

Easy to make and ready in about 15 minutes! Lots of flavor. My 2 year old never eats meat unless it's chicken and he scarfed it!

My hubby and I loved this. We're doing weight watchers and this is perfect. It satisfies the hunger for asian food. The only thing I did different was toward the end toss in a a tbsp of splenda. The flavor of the meat was fantastic and the brown rice was surprisingly good. This will be going in the recipe box for sure!

This was great and easy to make. My husband (who isn't kitchen savy) managed to cook this without a problem. We did marinate the steak in a garlic butter marinade for 4 hours before cooking though.
