My fiance doesn't like sour cream so I did ommit that and I added a can of whole kernel sweet corn. It turned out great!! Very filling and very tasty!! Can't wait to make it again.

My daughter is vegetarian, so I omitted the beef and used two cans of black beans. It was really good. My husband who is a real meat lover liked it too.

I used half of meat mixture and saved the rest for later in the week. It was enough for two meals for my husband and I. I used Kraft FREE zesty italian dressing instead of regular. And next time I will use a whole package of taco seasoning mix. YUMMY!

This was very easy to make and delicious! My husband who doesn't care much for mexican food went for a second helping! I didn't add the italian dressing because it didn't sound good to me and next time I will leave out the sour cream and add it on top once it's cooked. I also added the chopped lettuce and tomato as suggested and green onions instead of cilantro. Very good!

An easy, delicious, complete dinner for a family that likes to eat.

This recipe was GREAT!!!! The only thing that I would add would be to use shredded cheddar cheese and fresh onions (red, green or white) chopped to serve on top of a serving, along with lettuce, and chopped fresh tomatoes, as the pictures illustrates.

DELICIOUS...YUMMY....AND ALL OTHER GOOD THINGS. My family loves this and I jazz it up with other items each time I make it to keep it "new". It's one of the favorite 5!!!
