It was very good and easy! Next time I would use less salsa and more black beans. It made a lot for my little family, but I just put half in one dish and half in another and cooked one and put one in the freezer for later.
This was such a quick and delicious meal and it makes plenty! I added corn and an extra can of beans. I will definitely make this again!
This recipe was awesome! I fed my family with it and still had enough left over! My family loved it and devoured it! I would definitely make this again.
I changed the flour tortillas to corn and it was delicious. I added corn and changed the dressing to ranch. (sorry i don't like italian dressing. It was easy fast and my kids loved it!
I used whole wheat tortillas and fat free sour cream and it turned out really good. Will make again!
I love quick fixes and this recipe came together rather quickly and easily. The flavors are really great! I didn't add shreaded lettuce and fresh tomatos like the pic shows. I may try that next time. I would suggest oiling the dish you plan to bake this in with a non-stick spray. It was a little difficult cutting into the bottom layers of tortillas.
