This was excellent! The only change I made was using the entire packet of taco seasoning as opposed to only 2 tbsp. Will definitely make again!

This was excellent! I used 1.5 lbs of ground beef since I had it on hand,so I had enough for an extra layer. I also used an entire packet of taco seasoning.

I added canned corn (rinsed) and made 1-1/2 lb. ground beef and added a little more cheese. Very tasty. Definitely will make again!

This is an awesome recipe when you tailor it to your own taste. I used more beef, sour cream and cheese, plus a whole pack of taco seasoning. Unlike most people, I have a high metabolism, and calories and fat are not a concern. Anyway, this was absolutely delicious. I also minced my onion, which only requires half of one, and I used cooking spray instead of the foil that was used in the video.

A hearty meal that can be premade & warmed up.

My family loves this casserole, in fact, all 3 of my kids (13, 18 & 21) said it's their favorite! I make it w/corn tortillas since I'm gluten-free and sometimes will use chicken instead of beef. Whatever I have handy. I've also thrown in corn, either canned (and rinsed well) or frozen. Delicious!

Everyone in my family loved this! Which is rare. Easy to make and easy to clean up!
