This recipe is great for a meal of adults. It does not receive four stars from me because my kids find the flavors to complex and do not enjoy. However, I follow the recipe almost exactly, except I use canned tomatoes with with peppers. I serve up the portions put on the cheese and spoon the sauce over the whole thing to melt the cheese. It tastes great and I make for my husband and myself all the time. It also seems to reheat well the next day because my husband always takes it to work for lunch.
Easy & Good! Made this several times & it's always a winner.
This was so surprisingly easy and flavorful! It's amazing was a little bit of dressing can do!
this was a pleasant surprise. My husband really on likes fried pork chops. He does not like leftovers, but the next day he was wanting to know if there were any left. :-)
I was actually pleasantly surprised by this recipe. I used pork loins with no bone and it worked out just fine. I think that mine turned out a little watery (prob due to the canned tomatoes and frozen veggies), but I didn't feel that it took away from the taste.
Althought the recipe was easy and fast, the lack of flavor will keep me from making it again. The pork chops had little flavor, the vegetables had it all.
Mother and I loved this recipe. It is quick, very tasty. It is just the two of us and I work long hours. Mother is disabled and I am always looking for good recipes that freeze and reheat well. This one was a winner. We had dinner and then I was able to make to meals to freeze. I will double it next time now that I see how well it did.
My family and I loved this recipe, it was really good with rice. The pork chops were so tender and had great flavor, maybe next time, I'll use chicken instead of pork.
I made this and my 3year old loved it. My husband doesn't usually like pork chops, but told me that he would eat it again if I made it. Of course, I loved it.
i use a little more dressing and veg then it says to
