This recipe is great for a meal of adults. It does not receive four stars from me because my kids find the flavors to complex and do not enjoy. However, I follow the recipe almost exactly, except I use canned tomatoes with with peppers. I serve up the portions put on the cheese and spoon the sauce over the whole thing to melt the cheese. It tastes great and I make for my husband and myself all the time. It also seems to reheat well the next day because my husband always takes it to work for lunch.
