Delicious! Easy, quick and everyone enjoyed it! Even my 18 month old!!! It is perfect with rice, and everyone enjoys their veggies all at once!

My kids 6 and 10 even loved it. I used a stirfry blend of pepper, onion, mushrooms, water chestnuts, carrots and such. They even eat the veggies. I had to seperate it into two pans. One 12in pan wasn't big enough.

This recipe was quick easy and healthy. And I had most of the ingredi ents on hand. It was good for what it was. If I make it again I would try over pasta.

I thought this wouldn't be good. It didn't look good but I got the ingredients anyway. My 9 year old son said it looked good. It turned out well and was better than what I thought. I'm not sure I'd make it again. My son didn't really like it and my daughter won't eat meat or tomatoes so I probably won't make it again.

I didn't have all the ingredients (frozen veggies or cheese), but it was still good and perfect for a last minute recipe. I will definately try it again with all the items again! :)
