I don't ever cook chops b/c they always end up dry. That has changed now that I found this recipe. They were so moist and juicy. The only thing that bothered me is that the sauce is watery. I might try thawing and draining the veggies first. Family loved it with white rice.

We used boneless pork chops and red potatotes and we used stewed tomatoes along with the diced italian tomatoes. It was very good.

I made this recipie with fresh red, orange, and green bell peppers with some freshly chopped onion and garlic instead of frozen mixed veggies. My family loved it!!! I served it with green beans and rice.

Not a huge fan. The pork was good, veggies got soggy. If I was to make this dish again, I'd do the veggies seperately.

I was so surprised how good this was! I am not a fan of vegetables, but the ingredients made eating the mixed vegetable enjoyable. The pork chops were tender. I was so nervous making this recipe, but it came out great!

Because of the water that cooked out of the vegies and pork chops, the only thing that I would change is thickening the sauce.

The pork came out nice and juicy! I actually forgot to add the cheese but it still was very good.
