Beef & Vegetable Noodle Bowl

What You Need

1/4

lb. multi-grain spaghetti, uncooked

Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing

cup broccoli florets

small red pepper, cut into strips

1/2

lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips

Tbsp. hoisin sauce

1/4

cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth

green onions, thinly sliced

Make It

COOK spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.

MEANWHILE, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add broccoli and peppers; stir-fry 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Add meat and hoisin sauce; stir-fry 2 to 3 min. or until meat is done.

DRAIN spaghetti; return to pan. Add broth; cook 1 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Add meat mixture and onions; mix lightly.

This tastes great and is really easy to make. We add a little extra sesame dressing and top with a touch of Kikkoman.

I made this for 4 hungry sailors last weekend. Everyone loved it! I added soy sauce, chicken bouillon, and a whole can of chicken broth for added flavor and moisture. I used lo mein instead of spaghetti. I also made the brown rice with green beans (also found on this website) and bought chop sticks, fortune cookies, and egg rolls to make it a great meal! I will definitely make it again!

Good flavor. Be careful not to use too much pasta as it will get a little dry.

Well, I accidentally made this with rice instead of noodles, but otherwise, it was fabulous. The was superb, tasted just beef with broccoli sauce at a real chinese place, and even my picky eater loved it. Will definitely make this again.

This dish was good. I would add a little more dressing and maybe marinade the meat in a half a cup of the dressing next time to give the meat more flavor.

This was a very easy and colorful dish! The flavors were a little bland, though. Next time I will add some garlic and more spices.

This recipe is a keeper. We all loved it. I substituted 'Healthy Harvest whole wheat blend thin spaghetti' for less Weight Watcher points. I used 1-1/2 pounds of shredded beef from Stater Bros & tripled the rest of the ingredients to feed a crowd. There were no complaints.

You can subsitute soy sauce for the hoisin. It just won't be as thick. Otherwise, it should taste pretty much the same
