Rosemary-Roasted Chicken & Potatoes

Rosemary-Roasted Chicken & Potatoes recipe
This is no ordinary roasted bird. Filling the chicken with a layer of cream cheese, rosemary and pepper just under the skin is the key to making it extraordinary.

Delicious! The family really liked this recipe. I too served the chicken with green beans slowcooked with bacon & onions. It was a real hit.

LOVED IT! It is very tasty and was simple to do. Just allow enough time to 'stuff' the chicken. I served it with green beans slowcooked with bacon and onions. The entire meal was delish! I will make this again and again!

I don't usually cook whole birds, but this sounded excellent. It is definitely one of the best chicken recipes I've ever made! I think the cream cheese is the key.

Didn't think it was worth all the extra work. Potatoes were good though.

This sounds and looks vvvvery good, but with 31g of fat, I would be swimming in tha stuff. must be a way to bring that down 20+ grams.

I normally wear gloves when cooking, specially chicken. It was the first time I try to separate the skin of a bird and it was really really easy, the gloves helped? don't know. Don't scream please I used spreadable cream cheese, delicious and easy. I put the potatoes later in the oven, I think less time is enough and it worked perfectly. Thank you :)

I substituted a turkey breast, cooked it in the crockpot w/o potatoes. Will cook it again. Used 1/3 less calories cream cheese. Everyone liked the dish. Thanks to Kraft!

This recipe was wonderful, I made it for our Valentine's Day Dinner and we both loved it - I also added green onion and crused garlic to the cream cheese mixture. Will definitely make this again and will either make a larger chicken or make two so we will have even more leftovers.
