Very, very good. I really enjoy making this in the winter time, also the juice from the chicken are soooo good on the potatoes!!
My husband and I loved it. He is a very picky eater and to get him to try something new is like pulling teeth. He picked this recipe from the website and fell in love with it. It is going to be a usual on our table!

This is the best recipe for roasted chicken available. My husband very rarely appreciates a chicken dish but he ate seconds on this one. Thank you for this great improvement on baked chicken.
The chicken didn't have much taste to it, but it was tender and juicy. The potatoes were okay, but nothing to rave about.
I LOVED THIS RECIPE !!! My whole family did the chicken was so moist and full of yummy flavor and the potatoes are unbelievable. I've made just the potatoes several times with other entrees. I just loved them. Added to my favorites!!!
Excellent chicken with a lot of flavor, very juicy. Should have lined the potato pan with foil, I think that would have helped it from scorching to the bottom a little. Never done a whole bird before but I think I'll use this technique for individual pieces....when I don't want so many leftovers :)
I'm not used to cooking a whole chicken, so that will take more practice. The potatoes are full of flavor. I'll use the recipe again just for them.
It was easier than I thought and so good! I made it for neighbors who just had twins, the husband has been telling everyone I should open a restaurant, it was so good! I made it again for us to try, and we loved it! Next time I may use a little less rosemary though.
