I am a mother and a daycare provider, so anything easy...I'm all for! I prepared this at nap time and popped it in the oven ran my little one to dance and home just in time to whipp up another side and enjoyed! I was a bit hesitant about how the cream cheese would be just rubbed under the skin like that, but as I should know, you can never go wrong with cream cheese!!

My family really enjoyed this recipe, including a very picky husband. I found it surprisingly easy to prepare. I substitute olive oil for the italian dressing which I think lended a more cohesive flavor.

This is one of my all time favorite recipes. I've made this with chicken and duck and its fantastic both ways! And it smells amazing while its cooking!

I made this for my fiance's birthday and it was absolutely delicious! I had to add extra Italian dressing to the potatoes because they were too dry. I also made the glazed carrots as a side dish. It was a very tasty dinner!

I do all the prep while my kids nap and pop it in the oven that evening! My whole family loves this one--especially my 2 year old!!
