Not much flavor.

I don't know if its because I used cod or if I just don't like the dish. It wasn't horrible but it was definitely not one of my favorites.

I'm not too familiar with making fish, so I was a little skeptical with the preparation of this. I gave it a shot and it was delicious! The fish was cooked perfectly. I did use chicken broth instead of water like someone suggested which added to the flavor. I also had larger halibut fillets, so I cooked it for 30min. Since they were larger, I also added more dressing. My husband and I really enjoyed this meal. It was so easy too - I will definitely make again!

Fixed this over a fire on a recent camping trip - turned out great! Only changes were to add 1 teaspoon minced onion on top of rice, double tomato dressing and add minimal amounts of salt & pepper. So easy and healthy!

This was fabulous and SO easy to make! The dressing went very well with the halibut, and it works well even if you use frozen. I will definitely be making this again.

Easy. But with chicken broth, very tasty. I did change the name to Beached Halibut, because that's what it looked like when done.

It was ok but I don't think I'll make it again.

Much more flavor than I'd anticipated. Fairly easy to prepare, VERY easy to clean and you don't have to worry about sides since they're already included.

I love this recipe! I took it out to my son in Colorado. Fabulous!
