We used pollock as our fish which ended up extremely tender and flaky. We also added just a tad more dressing which the spinach really soaked up. It was an excellent flavor!!

Great recipe - and cooking fish in a foil pack is fool proof. Left my husband speechless (a hard task) because he was so impressed! Next time I will use a little less water per pack as there was a lot left after cooking.

Kind of plain, but not bad.

This dish was very easy to make and has a beautiful presentation. Curiously, the rice was the most favorful component - and what favor! I'm looking forward to trying it with other white fish.

My wife and I treated ourselves to this and we weren't disappointed. She loved opening it up and seeing a very fine display of steaming hot halibut, spinich and rice. Very good recipe.

This was very light and tasty. I think I would also a couple of slice tomatoes or even artichokes, summer time adding some fresh yellow squash or zucchin would be great. It was a hit to me

My boyfriend really liked this recipe. I added more dressing to give it a little bit more flavor, and used microwaveable rice instead of cooking it in the pack. I would definitely make this recipe again.

Easy, easy and more easy. Veggie, rice and fish in one packet in 30 minutes from prepping to the table. Used orange roughy and baked for 25 minutes. Plan to double the amount of spinach the next time.

This is my new favorite way to make fish. It took a few minutes longer to cook than the recipe said, but it was worth the wait. The only thing I will change is more cheese and more spinach next time.
