This was very tasty, however, I felt that it needed to bake for about 25 minutes (I did use frozen fish though). I also used green beans instead of spinach - very tasty.

This was so easy to make. I made it for one, using a little more than 1/2 lb of haddock. It did take closer to 25 minutes to cook but it was worth the wait. Fish was moist and rice was cooked perfectly. I will definately make this again.

This is real good and real easy to make! I have made this 3 times already. I would suggest not chopping up the baby spinach leaves and adding a little extra dressing over the fish and spinach. I also used tried with 2 differnt kind of fish fillets. I would also recommend cooking for 20-25 mins. I normally make 3-4 servings, it's so easy and so good!

Pre-slice the potatoes - the flavoring infiltrates to the max. Melts in your mouth!

This was great and super easy to make!! I threw in some mushrooms and zuchini as well and it all turned out delicious! Try it with other dressings as well- the flavor totally changes but you still get a quick healthy meal.

I made this using cod and brown instant rice. On one packet I used Italian dressing and on the other packet, I used a low sodium balsamic dressing. It was awesome!

The dressing flavor seemed to consume the dish. I love fish, but I was tired of the flavoring and did not finish it. I also tried it with Italian dressing and had the same outcome.

I would add more flavor. My husband was eating his dinner roll with jam as always and said the flavor of the sweet jam and the salad dressing was very good and I tried it. It was better but maybe a bit of Honey/mustard spread on fish before baking would do it. We also added more dressing after we first tried it too.

I love this recipe..works well with flounder, tilapia I use plain yogurt and Mrs Dash Herbal seasoning to make the sauce that goes over the spinach.
