Chicken in Creamy Pan Sauce

Be sure you really brown the chicken for this guaranteed dinnertime hit. It's those crispy bits from the pan—plus the cream cheese—that make the sauce so delicious.

I added some garlic and a bunch of parm cheese and made a type of alfredo sauce instead and made enough to put over an Irish Dunmurry rice. SO SO yummy! : )

Me and my husband (who typically does not like cream cheese) enjoyed this. I did the tomato/basil version. It was really good, but slightly bland. I will probably add a little bit of garlic salt to the flour mixture.

I just tried this, and it came out really good. I changed it up a bit: I sauteed some brown mushrooms before deglazing to make a mushroom sauce. Be sure to add your seasoning of choice to the flour.

The recipe was easy to follow and turned out amazing!! Our 8 year old daughter loved it and she NEVER eats meat!! We can't wait to make this meal again.

Recipe was easy to follow. I suggest adding some salt and pepper to the flour as the breading was pretty bland. My daughter turned up her nose because it had cream cheese in it, but she wouldn't have known if she hadn't seen me put it in.

My husband loves this.... I double the sauce and serve it over rice.

I seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper before cooking and added the tomato and basil in the tip. Poured the extra sauce over steamed asparagus. Great meal.

This is so simple to make and the flavor of the sauce is wonderful. It is even better warmed up in the microwave. Need to try this recipe!!

5 stars with alterations due to the bland reviews. I added garlic (about 3 cloves), onion (1 small), spicy mustard (about 1 - 1.5 tbsp), few leaves of basil. I salt and peppered the chicken before flowering. And it turned out really good. Restaurant quality, full of flavor. I didn't have any mushrooms on hand but would go well with it.
