My kids don't like chicken. When I made this recipe, they BOTH loved it! The only thing I changed was that I doubled the cream cheese and chicken broth b/c I made more than four cutlets. Will definitely make again :)

I added garlic and basil, which ended up being fantastic additions. But everyone loved it, and I thought it was great too. Super easy!

My husband loved the recipe,I cut the chicken cutlets up and mixed with the sauce,served over bow tie pasta in cheese sauce.

I added a little salt to the flour before rolling the chicken in it.. also afer frying the chicken and returning it to the pan after adding the cream cheese, I added a handful of fresh spinach to the pan sauce...let it cook down, then add a dollop of fresh salsa on top of each chicken breast...let it heat a little, then spoon the sause over the salsa..a few times, then let cook another 2 or 3 minutes...this was wonderful!!!!!

I was looking for an easy taste good kind of recipe for an important dinner I had one night. All of my guests loved it, and they are some picky people. Not only did they love it, but I get requests for it all the time.

This is a household favorite -- it is quick and easy to make, but tastes great! I make the recipe as is, but add the whole brick of cream cheese in the sauce (8 oz.), rather than just half. Once the recipe is complete, I place the chicken over cooked rice (1.5 c. dry) and sprinkle it all with sliced almonds. Delicious!

added garlic and parmesean to the sauce, also doubled it. sauteed onion, red and yellow bell peppers and broccoli then added that to the sauce as well with the chicken. served it over farfalle noodles. great meal for the family.

This recipe was quick and easy and we already had everything needed on hand. I made a few little touches of my own to the sauce. My husband loved it.

I'll be honest, when I read the recipe I thought it would be a little bland. So I added some garlic, basil, and parmesan cheese to the sauce. It came out really good and my husband enjoyed it.
