What You Need

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained

cups KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided

Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided

small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness

RITZ Crackers, crushed (about 1/2 cup)

cups spaghetti sauce, heated

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

MIX cream cheese, spinach, 1 cup mozzarella and 3 Tbsp. Parmesan until blended; spread onto chicken. Starting at one short end of each breast, roll up chicken tightly. Secure with wooden toothpicks, if desired.

BEAT egg in shallow dish. Mix remaining Parmesan and cracker crumbs in separate shallow dish. Dip chicken in egg, then roll in crumb mixture to evenly coat. Place, seam sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 30 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Remove and discard toothpicks. Serve chicken topped with spaghetti sauce and remaining mozzarella.

simple to make and tastes great. madde this for my fiance and parents and they gabbled it up. it did need something else though. next time im going to season the chicken. but overall, good recipe

This recipe is great, but forget the spaghetti sauce. The cheesy, gooey spinach filling is perfect without it.

Very tasty And easy to make. My husband loved it!!! I seasoned the chicken with parsley, oregano, salt and pepper, before I added the spinach mix. And served it over spaghetti and red sauce.

Made this again tonight for a small group. Turned out great, was a big hit. It is pretty easy, tastes great, and goes well with a variety of sides. I feel like it is missing something, but I can't put my finger on it, hence the 4 stars.

Fantastic. I substituted red sauce with my own alfredo sauce. Added red pepper flakes to cheese mixture. served with rice. I will make this again. It is delicious.

The filling is too decadent. There are way too many different types of cheeses for my liking. I also thought it was really time consuming, and I was disappointed in the end. I think it needs to be tweaked.

Made this for my family and found the recipe prep time longer than 35 mins. I also spiced up the crackers with italian dressing seasoning after reading some reviews. Found the dish still needed some extra spice. Next time I might add the italian dressing seasoning with the cream cheese mixture. Everyone liked it as an alternative to spaghetti or lasagna. Definitely will make again.

This dish is awesome! I made it for my husband and parents and everyone loved it. The only thing different I did was season the chicken with salt and pepper first. Very delicious!

It was very delicious and my whole family devoured it!! I added two cloves of minced garlic to the cheese mixture and it added some great extra flavor and I also seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper before rolling them up. I will add artichokes next time I make this for a new twist.

I was looking for a simple recipe for chicken breasts and I found it!! My husband can be a picky eater and he loved it! I will definitely make this again.
