Awesome!! Husband and kids loved it. I took the advice of one of the other reviews where they lined a pan with chicken, spread the cheese mixture, and topped with another layer of chicken and crackers. YUM!
My husband was very impressed with my cooking skills. I ran short of cracker crumbs so I would make twice as much to be safe next time and I wouldn't hesitate to add mushrooms and artichokes to give it some more flavor. I would also not roll the chicken but simply fold it over, the rolling was a lot of work and not necessary. Will make again soon!

My family loved this recipe. Instead of rolling the chicken breast I bought 2 packs of chicken breast tenders. I lined the pan with bread crumbs added the chicken tenders topped with cheese mixture added another layer of chicken tenders poured spaghetti sauce over everything sprinkled with break crumbs and parm cheese. came out great, took less prep time and fed 7 people with leftovers. I have make it this way fora pot luck and it was devoured with rave reviews!

WOW. That is the word that comes to mind when I see this recipe. I have never made anything like this so was not sure how it would turn out. But it was easy & everyone thought it was so Yummy!!!
Delicious recipe! I will definitely make this again. To spice up the recipe I chopped some garlic to add to the stuffing mixture. This was pretty easy.

We absolutely loved this recipe!! I used regular chicken breasts fileting the breasts in half and pounding each to 1/4 inch (this was time consuming as I've never done this before.) I basically made the recipe exactly as instructed however I did reserve 3 chicken rollups to bake without the cracker crumbs (diet food for mom,) and they all turned out great!! I did refrigerate the uncooked rolled up chicken for about an hour before cooking and increased the time cooked for another 5 minutes and my rollups stayed together perfectly. I would definitely make this again but it does take some preparation.
Excellent! Used my favorite meat sauce and added a little salt, hot red pepper powder and garlic powder to the filling. The finished meal I had on the side pasta with Crispy bacon pieces on top and garlic bread. My new favorite meal to make and especially eat and share with family and friends.
